At My Pet Haus, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Changed Your Mind?

You’re free to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. Need to adjust a size or variant?
Just email us at sales@mypethaus.com within that window and we’ll take care of it before your order is processed.


Returns – 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date your item is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return:

  1. Email sales@mypethaus.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  3. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items?

We’re so sorry about that!
Please contact us immediately at sales@mypethaus.com with your order details and photos if applicable.

We’ll quickly assess the situation and offer a replacement, refund, or solution that works for you.


Need an Exchange?

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
To get a different item, please:

  1. Place a new order for the item you want.

  2. Return the original item following our return process.

This ensures the fastest turnaround time for your new item!


Lost or Stolen Deliveries

If your package is marked “delivered” by the courier but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management.

  • Contacting the shipping provider for delivery details.

Unfortunately, My Pet Haus cannot offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered but reported as missing.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary by bank, but typically take up to 5 business days.
