Free Shipping on Every Order – Always!

At My Pet Haus, every order ships free—no minimums, no catches.


Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are packed and processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 8–14 business days.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note, tracking updates may take 2–4 business days to reflect activity.


Address Changes

Spotted a mistake in your shipping info?
Email us immediately at sales@mypethaus.com with the subject line: “URGENT – Address Change.”

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address right away.

  • If your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes, so please double-check your details when placing an order.

Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.


Shipping Liability

Once your package leaves our warehouse and is with the shipping carrier, My Pet Haus is not responsible for delays, damage, or delivery issues. That said, we’re here to help:

  • We’ll provide full tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

  • Need help filing a claim for a damaged, delayed, or missing package? We’ve got your back.


Lost or Stolen Deliveries

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, here’s what you can do:

  1. Look Around: Check with neighbors, family, or building management.

  2. Contact the Carrier: They may have additional delivery information.

While we can't be held liable for orders marked as delivered, we’re here to support you:

  • We’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • As a courtesy, we offer discounted reorders on lost or stolen packages.
